Right now, I'm in Seoul, South Korea on vacation! Yay! Actually, I've been here for a while now, a couple of weeks. Anyway, it's been really fun so far. I went shopping, sightseeing, and I'm staying here for at least one more week. I can't get over the heat, though. Being from New York and not usually being outside for long periods of time, the heat was and still is a little hard to handle.
There are a lot of good aspects about Korea as well, though. The city is really hi-tech and the subway is pretty cool; many stations have doors that can prevent people falling into the tracks. Shopping is amazing, as everywhere you look there's a mall, store, or stand. I guess that's the same in New York, but the feel is just so different. However, I did most of my shopping in Myeongdong. I bought clothes from Forever 21, which may sound weird but the styles are pretty different from those in the USA. I also bought a couple of KPop albums and a bunch of cosmetics. I'm going to make different posts about the stuff I've bought later because my camera is dead right now...(sad face)
